Many times we find ourselves in need of restoration and skating internally on the brink of depression. On the outside however, we have a brave face, and stagger along in silence. There are times when we can tell we are more disconnected spiritually than we should be, yet we chug along rather than pausing to refuel. There are also times that we just need a boost of refreshing and encouragement.

Restore Me! But Privately, Please has been a resource that many have found helpful in beginning the journey of restoration. One question I get asked often is “how should I read it?” My answer is simple, read the first chapter at your own pace. Once you get to the meditational and survey section, you will know if you want to visit each chapter weekly or more frequently. There is no shortcut to restoration, however the process can be both permanent and at your own pace. This is a resource to help you get there.
